An Interactive Tasting Experience

An immersive tasting where flowers meet flavors.
The installation, wrapped in lantern paper, turned the table into a glowing surface of celebration. Guests were invited to discover mooncakes by The Vagabond Pâtisserie, delicately paired with fire-like Gloriosa - a dialogue of art, culture, and taste.

This piece reimagines the Mid-Autumn tradition as a contemporary encounter; intimate, playful, and contemplative.

Người đứng sau Flor

Flor làm hoa, nhưng không làm mỗi hoa. Flor tạo ra cảm giác bằng bố cục, không gian và sự im lặng đúng lúc. Và người giữ cho cảm đó luôn đúng nhịp, là chị Nhi.

Lê An Nhi – Creative Experience Curator, người sáng lập và định hướng sáng tạo của Flor.
Chị không trực tiếp cắm hoa, cũng không cần đứng giữa spotlight. Nhưng từ concept đến bố cục, từ moodboard đến không khí bao trùm cả không gian, luôn có sự hiện diện của chị, âm thầm nhưng rất rõ ràng.

Chị không làm tất cả, nhưng chọn làm phần quan trọng nhất:
Giữ linh hồn.

Chị là người nhìn thấy một khoảng trống và biết nơi đó cần ánh sáng gì. Là người lắng nghe khách hàng, nhưng luôn để ý kỹ hơn đến điều họ chưa nói thành lời. Là người bắt đầu mọi buổi brainstorm bằng một tờ giấy trắng, rồi nhẹ nhàng vẽ ra một trải nghiệm khiến mọi thứ bỗng khớp lại với nhau.

Flor thành công không phải vì dùng nhiều hoa, mà vì biết đặt đúng hoa vào đúng vị trí và vì có một người đứng sau đủ tinh tế để biết khi nào cần thêm, khi nào nên dừng.

Có những dự án, khách hàng không chỉ đặt Flor, họ muốn chắc rằng: chị Nhi là người làm. Vì hơn cả một thương hiệu, Flor là cách chị sống: sâu, chậm, chính xác, và giàu cảm xúc.

Có người bảo bình hoa này giống một dáng núi nghiêng, có người lại thấy như một cánh buồm gỗ đang chuẩn bị ra khơi. Tụi mình không đặt tên trước, chỉ xếp từng lớp hoa, từng mảng xanh, rồi để khúc gỗ tự tìm vị trí của nó.

Một chiếc bàn dài như bàn cờ, nơi hoa và bánh được sắp đặt nhẹ nhàng, tinh tế. Đây là hình thức interactive dining – khách tự tay chọn bánh, nâng ly vang, bắt chuyện với người lạ, rồi giữ cho riêng mình một nhịp cảm.

Mỗi chiếc bánh mang tầng hương và hình khối có dụng ý, như cách The Vagabond đã “đặt hương” suốt 10 năm. Flor góp mặt bằng sắp đặt Ô Trống, nơi từng cành hoa được đặt để đối thoại và hòa quyện cùng bánh, tạo thành bố cục vừa tinh tế vừa nhiều ẩn ý.

Không ngay hàng thẳng lối, cũng chẳng vừa vặn với bất kỳ khuôn khổ nào. Mỗi cành hoa, nhánh lá trong bình như có ý chí riêng: vươn ra, rẽ ngoặt, uốn mình, xoay nghiêng. Tụi mình không ép buộc, chỉ để mọi thứ tự tìm đường mà lớn lên.
Có lẽ vì vậy mà tác phẩm này luôn tạo cảm giác như đang chuyển động. Như một khu vườn hoang dã đang thì thầm điều gì đó giữa buổi sáng yên ả. Sắc đỏ lấp ló, cam đào dịu nhẹ, hồng phớt mơ màng… tất cả quấn lấy nhau như một cuộc trò chuyện đầy thân mật giữa bạn bè lâu năm. Còn vài cánh hoa mỏng tang như muốn bay đi, nhưng rồi vẫn ở lại, lặng lẽ, đúng lúc.
