The starting point was a single gesture: to weave.

Long leaves were folded and passed through one another until they formed a structure at the centre of the composition. The surrounding materials were then given a different role to extend, bend and move beyond it.

The tighter structure remains close. Everything around it is allowed to wander.

Rather than interpreting that literally, we looked at texture, the density of millet, the looseness of grasses, the weight of dark sunflower heads and the dry, weathered quality of the leaves.

Edges, repetition and small variations in texture take over. The flowers become less about their individual forms and more about how their surfaces sit beside one another.

The first decision was not to make the materials agree.

A long, rough piece of wood was allowed to remain heavy and uneven. Millet formed its own dense mass. The grass continued to move in loose lines, while the flowers introduced smaller interruptions across the composition.

The process became a series of adjustments: moving something closer, letting something extend further, removing a detail that began to weigh too heavily on the whole.

Nothing needed to become similar.

The composition simply had to give each material enough room to remain itself.

People come to Flor for many reasons. Some want to become florists. Others simply want to spend time with flowers.

When SeoHee contacted us from Seoul, she already knew one thing about her wedding: she wanted to make her own bridal bouquet. She hadn't chosen the dress or the venue yet, but she wanted to understand the bouquet she would eventually carry.

During our private workshop, we explored Korean bridal bouquet design together. Beyond the techniques, we spent time talking about proportion, movement, wrapping materials, and how small decisions can completely change the feeling of a bouquet.

At the end of the day, SeoHee left the studio holding the first bridal bouquet she had ever made herself.

We don't know if it will be the bouquet she carries on her wedding day. But hopefully, when that day comes, she'll remember that it all started here.

Some journeys begin with a quiet sense of curiosity. After discovering Flor from Cambodia, Nabi chose to spend a few days in Saigon for a private floral design workshop.

Rather than focusing on a single bouquet, we explored two distinct design languages: Garden-Style and Korean Bouquet Design. Similar in silhouette, each is guided by a different way of seeing, composing, and responding to flowers.

Some journeys begin with a quiet sense of curiosity. After discovering Flor from Cambodia, Nabi chose to spend a few days in Saigon for a private floral design workshop.

The starting point was a single gesture: to weave.

Long leaves were folded and passed through one another until they formed a structure at the centre of the composition. The surrounding materials were then given a different role to extend, bend and move beyond it.

Rather than interpreting that literally, we looked at texture, the density of millet, the looseness of grasses, the weight of dark sunflower heads and the dry, weathered quality of the leaves.

Different materials, each moving in their own way, gathered into one composition for the campaign.

The first decision was not to make the materials agree.

A long, rough piece of wood was allowed to remain heavy and uneven. Millet formed its own dense mass. The grass continued to move in loose lines, while the flowers introduced smaller interruptions across the composition.

The process became a series of adjustments: moving something closer, letting something extend further, removing a detail that began to weigh too heavily on the whole.

Nothing needed to become similar.

The composition simply had to give each material enough room to remain itself.
